Verizon asked Campfire to communicate this idea in a way that went beyond speed tests, tech jargon, competitive ads or online banners. The resulting campaign used TV, Web and events in new ways, to tell the story of five families experiencing a 2.0 transformation. Campfire re-appropriated “paid programming” to launch an original technology makeover show, “My Home 2.0,” then supported it with block parties that energized entire neighborhoods along with a website which let viewers enter the story, and chart their own path to 2.0 living. |
